In the city’s spirit of innovation he built an enormous grill in the center of his diner, stamped burgers into a special shape, sautéed the all steak patty to fit in a hot dog bun. Marcus Grill is known not only for their burgers, but the bona fide Polish platters that are made fresh daily.
